Plataform Score
Explore my selected projects, showcasing my dedication to innovative and heartfelt design.
Stage 1. Market research and analysis
- We initiated the project with an in-depth market analysis focused on Score management and conducted strategic meetings with the board members. Together, we identified the specific needs of the platform and defined the essential requirements. This collaborative process allowed us to understand the market's expectations and align the project's vision with market demands.
- Based on these discussions, we developed a clear value proposition for the platform, highlighting unique features such as detailed Score analysis and personalized reporting. Additionally, we created a section where an action plan can be devised to implement necessary improvements to enhance the score. Our goal is to ensure that the platform not only meets current needs but also offers flexibility and scalability for future developments.
Stage 2. Concept development and user flow design
- Conducted brainstorming sessions with the team to generate ideas and understand the stages and needs of the product.
- Mapped user flows for key platform functionalities, including survey creation, results analysis with a dashboard, and action plan creation to improve the Score.
Stage 3. UI design and prototyping
- Created detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma, focusing on developing an easy-to-use interface. Developed high-fidelity prototypes that highlighted the platform's key features for testing.
Stage 4. Testing and iteration
- Held meetings with the internal team to analyze the designed functionalities. Subsequently, a presentation was made with the developer to identify critical implementation points, and adjustments were made to align expectations with deadlines.
